Delivery times for your order

 Europe - standard delivery (via postal service)

 Ordered items should be delivered to you within 6-12 workdays after the dispatch

 USA, Canada - standard delivery (via postal service)    

Ordered items should be delivered to you within 10-15 workdays after the dispatch  
 Rest of the World - standard delivery (via postal service)

 Ordered items should be delivered to you within 12-20 workdays after the dispatch

 Fast Courier Service delivery (DHL) - everywhere in the world    

Ordered items should be delivered to you within 3-4 workdays after the dispatch  
(notice - fast courier delivery is at the moment not possible in Russian Federation)  

Important information

Due to the extra postal security checks it can happen that the shipment take longer to reach recipient. Cases like this usually occur during the times of increased ’anti-terrorist’ activity.
Delays in shipments can also be expected in the busy holliday seasons, when postal handling of increased number of shipments goes much slower.

Important notice - customs tarrifs

Orders from our shop may be assessed for import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the particular countries. We are unable to know in advance if your package will be assessed or not, nor to in any way prevent these extra expenses - they are responsibility of our customers as the citizens of their countries, before ordering please check local policies with the customs office in your country.

For our international customers who order 5 or more CD, DVD and/or Blu-ray items, choose standard (via postal service) delivery and pay ONLY with credit card or PayPal,  the order will be dispatched via Fast Courier Service with no extra charges (e.g. for a price of postal service delivery), and delivered in just 3-4 days after the dispatch!
